Our Return Policy:

  • 100% Exchange Guarantee - If you receive a defective product, we will be happy to exchange it for another product and we will pay shipping and handling both ways.
  • Product Refund - If you receive a defective product and request a refund, you will receive a product refund (minus shipping and handling) in accordance with the product category guidelines below.

Our Return Policy By Product Category:

INK CARTRIDGES:

  • 100% product exchange on unopened or defective product
  • 100% refund for defective product (restocking fee* may apply)

All ink cartridges returned must be at least 75% full and un-tampered with in order to qualify for return.


INK REFILLS: (includes ink refill kits, bulk ink, and other ink refill related products)

  • 100% product exchange on unopened or defective product
  • 100% refund for defective product (restocking fee* may apply)

Please note that in most cases, quality or defective issues with the above products are usually the result of a defective cartridge that is being refilled, and not with the ink that you are refilling into the cartridge. Before refilling your cartridge, if your cartridge is already printing with streaks/lines, or if the print heads have dried due to non-use, refilling it will not bring it back to life as it is most likely already defective. Refunds / exchanges can only be offered if you provide a printout showing the quality problem is not with the cartridge itself, but rather with the ink in our refill kits.


CONTINUOUS INK SYSTEMS:

  • 15% Restocking Fee applies (for all returns)

Most of the issues with continuous ink systems are related to installation. If these products are properly installed you should have no problems with these products. You can always contact us for technical assistance and we can troubleshoot the problems that you may have. All returns for continuous ink systems products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


TONER CARTRIDGES:

Restocking Fee:

We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error or if the customer marks the product "defective" but we find it to be in working condition.

Here are the rules to follow for your return:

  • Returns for exchange will be issued if the return is requested within 365 days of purchase (or 45 days for international customers).
  • Returns for refund will be issued if the return is requested within 180 days (6 months), or 45 days for international customers. No refunds will be issued after this period.
